During this interactive session, stakeholders raised crucial concerns about teacher recruitment, sustainability, curriculum alignment, etc. Commissioner for Education, Prof. Ndubeze Mbah assured us of government procedures to reform ESCET (Enugu State College of Education and Technical) for smart teacher production and inaugurated a centre for experiential learning and innovation.

Monsignor Prof Obiora Ike (the convener) urged a wider academic discussion, promising support for sector development.

Prof Christian Anieke, Vice Chancellor of Godfrey Okoye University and Chairman Head of Tertiary Institutions expressed joy at government steps and emphasized collaboration for policy actualization.

The Vice Chancellor of Enugu State University of Science and Technology, Prof Aloysius-Michaels Okolie stressed the need for public involvement, infrastructure security, and targeted investments for Tertiary Institutions.
