ANNUAL YOUTH PEACE CONFERENCE

We host an annual Youth Peace Conference at Godfrey Okoye University. The philosophy of the Youth Peace Conference is based on the cardinal foundation of unity (in character, personality and knowledge); promotion of dialogue (religious, cultural and epistemic) and the promotion of love (human beings and God, human beings and their neighbours and within the self). Participants from different institutions within Nigeria and around the world gather together every year at Godfrey Okoye University to celebrate peace. The first annual youth peace conference was in 2011 and usually holds in October. The next Annual Youth Peace Conference (Seventh Annual Youth Peace Conference) will hold on the 9thday of October 2017.
