Mission Statement – The ICT Directorate strives to make Godfrey Okoye University an ICT- driven institution.

Using its state of the art ICT infrastructure, it provides high quality services that enhance learning, teaching, research and the administrative activities of the university.

The ICT Directorate has five functional sections

3. Hardware and software section
4. Help Desk section
5. E-learning section

GOUNI ICT Directorate provides the following services to the university community:

For Students

1. Online course registration
2. Result checking portal
3. ID card request
4. Semester portal activation
5. Training and certification
6. Internet access
7. Computer repairs and software installations

For Academic Staff

1. Internet access
2. Result upload
3. Staff e-mail (gouni.edu.ng)
4. Training and workshops
5. Assist in development of web presence for faculties, departments and Directorates.

For Administrative staff

1. Design, implement and maintain modules for effective university management
2. Staff email
3. Maintain portal for student and staff access to administrative and academic services
