JAMB CHIEF EXTERNAL EXAMINER ASSURES HITCH-FREE EXAMINATIONS IN ENUGU STATE

This years Joint Admissions and Matriculation Examinations are expected to commence on the 19th of June, 2021 in over 24 Computer Based Test Centers in Enugu State.  Already, all arrangements have been concluded for the smooth conduct of the examination in the state.The JAMB Chief External Examiner for Enugu State and the Vice Chancellor of Godfrey Okoye University, Enugu, Reverend Father Professor Christian Anieke announced this while briefing newsmen on the arrangements for the examinations.“JAMB has done everything to ensure we have a smooth examination, Reverend Father Professor Anieke said and urged parents to advice their children to work hard as impersonation and cheating would not be tolerated during the examinations. “You cant manipulate the system; you are on your own; the questions are before you and you are not answering the same question as the person close to you the JAMB Chief External Examiner stated.Reverend Father Professor Anieke who received officials of the Board who were in the university said the boards technical officials would be on ground to ensure that everything is hitch-free. “So far, so good; in the past, we did not have big issues and I do not think we are going to have big issues now. Before you are accredited as a center, the sources of power will be checked to make sure you do not have outage when students are writing exams”.On the role of the JAMB Chief External Examiner, Reverend Father Anieke said The Chief External Examiner is an overseer, helping JAMB to ensure that the examinations are properly conducted and no cheating as well as work with all JAMB officials and proctors.About seventy-nine proctors or invigilators will take part in the examination.
