My names are Godwin Ogbu Uka from Ohafia local Government of Abia State Nigeria, was born on the 26th March, 1966, Enugu, Enugu North Local Government Area, Enugu State, Nigeria. I am ambitious, have high thirst for knowledge, great ability to learn fast and produce excellent result, good inter personal skills, efficient in oral and written English,a good team player and a creative ability in proffering solutions to challenging issues. I have participated in Workshops as it relates to art and design are critical and thought provocative. They provide the enabling environment and opportunities where materials, ideas and issues become the leading forces of creativity and work. The atmosphere for creative exchange of artist and designers from diverse cultural background can lead to new discoveries, encounter and collaboration that enrich participants’ and career 1. Ononuju Favour Ihuoma hails from Mbaitolu LGA of Imo state but was born in Kaduna State on the 12th of July 1986. LECTURER I

I am an Architect with 20 years post Qualification experience and over 10 years experience in lecturing, supervision and research in the Nigerian university Educational system, Research and Supervision in the areas of Architectural Design, landscape design & project management. My industry experience extends to consultancies in architectural design, construction, landscape design and project management involving private sector/ public sector. My key competencies include Architectural Training & Research, Landscape planning and Design, and Project Management. A Lecturer, with the Department of Architecture, Godfrey Okoye University Ugwuomu Nike Enugu. Part-time Ph.D student of Environmental Management at Enugu State University of Science and Technology (ESUT) Enugu. Currently Researching on Assessment of Biophysical impact of Public Housing Estates in Enugu State Nigeria.   OTHER RESEARCH WORKS Analysis of Regional wage Differential of skilled and unskilled Building Construction workers in three southern zones of Nigeria.
