OKAFOR CHIDINMA ADANNA

LECTURER

Born in Owerri on December 24, 1986, from Ogidi, Idemili Local Government Area, Anambra State, married with children. Dr. Chidinma obtained her first degree (2007) in Food Science and Technology from Federal University of Technology, Owerri. Then, M.Sc (2011) and Ph.D (2017) in Food Technology both from University of Ibadan, Nigeria. Also a Professional Diploma in Education (2013) from ESCET and a basic Diploma (2009) in French language from Alliance Francais, FCT. She has her major research interest in Food processing, biotechnology and product development, aimed towards food security while utilizing our local crops. She likes to teach and share the much knowledge she has acquired, this passion earned her the opportunity to serve as a lecturer at Godfrey Okoye University, Enugu.
